Trouble began shortly After Menor won the "Best Street Artiste" award at this year's The Headies, which were held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Ghanaian singer Nektunez and Menor collaborated on the remix of "Ameno Amapiano," which was chosen as the category winner.
Portable, who was also nominated in the category but later disqualified, took a swipe at Menor shortly after the award ceremony.
The ‘Zazoo Zeh’ crooner said Menor has been deceived into believing he is a talented musician.
But taunting Portable in an Instagram story on Wednesday, the singer said he has a class in street hop music “because he has a degree and almost got the first class as an undergraduate.”
“I wonder who is comparing a BSc holder who almost made a first-class with someone who can’t even locate his kg3 result,” he wrote.
“As the street hop holder, I gat class. You can never see me dirty.”
Menor had earlier issued a warning to Portable, telling him to behave himself.
“You better behave or you’ll be misbehaved,” he had said.
