On August 22, a lady opened fire at two distinct locations in Atlanta's Midtown, killing two people and injuring one. This prompted a manhunt, and she was captured at an airport.
The woman was apprehended two hours after the last shot was fired.
Rassa Kengne, a Cameroonian, allegedly targeted her victims on purpose, according to police.
According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office, Michael Shinners, 60, of Alpharetta, and Westley Freeman, 41, both of Atlanta, were killed in the shooting.
Rassa Kengne identified both Mr. Freeman and Mr. Shinners as defendants in a case she filed earlier this year. Rassa Kengne alleged they plotted against her.
